The abandoned hospital

In the Karlovy Vary Region there is a former abandoned hospital, which was built around 1890 and closed in 1958. After the closure of the hospital, a private nursing home is said to have operated here until 1990, since when the building has been empty. Sources also mention that the building housed the German Lebensborn association during 1938-1945 and before that it was a sanatorium run by the Knights of Malta, which was sold after 1926.
