Definitely the best preserved place I've visited so far, the tap is still running and you can even turn on the light in one room. The building is located very close to the gatehouse of one of the complexes, where a guard still sits, it is directly adjacent to a building that is still in use, and through the windows you can see in not only from the premises, but also from outside, where quite a few people move around during the day, this is probably enough to deter vandals and thieves. Some of the rooms are all cluttered up, but some of them could just be swept up slowly and you wouldn't even know that they have been abandoned for several years.
