Abandoned water tank.
That's the best spot when the wind is blowing. It sways nicely and doesn't have any mooring lines.
Well, since there were just the two of us climbing up there, when one of us was climbing from the grated hatch to the top of the dome, it swayed quite a bit :O It was an interesting feeling, wasn't it? :)
