I'd chop off the legs of the jerk who spray-painted that blue train car and then wave them at him.
So someone abroad must have done that. Even the signs on the windows saying it’s monitored by cameras are in German. It’s such a strange car—the emblem, numbers, and letters aren’t made of brass but of plastic.
