JWM here too,but when I was here for the first time, there was no his newer work.Yes one is already here and strangely enough not destroyed. But it was a drawing and out,so today I browsed a bit and I can say super ruinbex
I was there a few months ago, and they were building something there—there were tools, wheelbarrows, and materials everywhere. So they’re probably fixing it up, either the city is doing it or someone bought it. Otherwise, the complex is pretty big—it’s just a shame I didn’t get to walk through the whole thing because there was a guy driving around who was giving me weird looks. In fact, when I first arrived, he stopped a short distance from my car and watched to see where I was going :D. Probably some kind of security guard or something.
I heard something was going on there. I went there twice for my first JWM, and when I went back for my second one, I really explored the place thoroughly. The first time, I had planned to do more drawings, so I didn't have time.
