Factory from 1881, formerly a paper mill, then a tire shop, the factory has been unused for a long time, 2 goats from the neighboring house were running around the premises. One room for some sleepovers, otherwise used for airsoft games. The roof has been falling in quite a bit, but with caution, we looked up, no problem.

Which way did you go? I took a look over there recently when I was at the train station, and I can't see a way to get to the factory. There's a security camera at the main entrance, and I don't want to tempt fate.
Follow the tracks to the edge of the property, and there you'll see a well-trodden path with a passageway.
