The Centre of Technology n.4 began construction in 1986 and eventually ceased in 2007 due to budget limits. In 2024, I entered for the first time. The current state of the building is best described as flooded. Many rooms (especially those which require a ladder to enter) are fully or partially submerged. The stair room (the reason for the existence of which I have not been able to figure out) has a fully flooded room with still water at the bottom, with a continuous flow of water inside.
