So 10 years have passed since the ceremonial tapping of the foundation stone. It's probably the hardest and most expensive thing on this campus at the moment. Not much progress in the basement, plaster and a few new pipes. Still, it serves its purpose. Some of the rooms are used for social unmanaged housing.
