May I ask if the grounds are guarded or if there have been any problems? I haven’t seen any mention of security measures anywhere, other than the two owners from Azerbaijan.
I'm not sure about now. I was there two years ago and didn't have any problems. It's not fenced in or guarded; I was actually just waiting to see if anyone would be home. It's in a secluded spot, so it's ideal for living there.
