Does anyone still remember the rum with the steamboat Smíchov on the label? Only a few years ago, when travelling by train from Smíchov, you could see the neon "LIHOVAR Zlatý angel" shining above the gatehouse of the long defunct former alcohol and potash factory, Fischl & Rosenbaum... Today, this inaccessible site is a thing of the past, commemorated at least by the chimney and the reconstructed brewhouse where David Černý has his gallery, or the gate of the siding from the Smíchov station that crossed the tram line.
