The building with the designation 340 was used as a small machinery factory from 1929. It was used to manufacture motors, small appliances, chairs, dental equipment, etc. The entire building was four stories with one basement space extending under the entire length of the building. In later years it was more of a finished goods shipping facility with smaller operations on the lower floors. The top floor, which had also previously been used for production, was converted into offices after nationalisation and the Communist takeover.
