You can meet different people at Poldovka. Often you will see people with carts, laboriously searching through piles of scrap and waste for things they could use or sell for very little money; homeless people trying to find new shelter in the rubble of buildings; or simply people like us, who find the richness of these places in the beauty of the dilapidated buildings and in the nature that is slowly subduing the concrete ruins, as all the metal that is left is changing through corrosion.
