This building has deep historical significance because in 1952, Ms. Marta was arrested here by the StB for resisting communism and was imprisoned until 1966.⌛ In July 2026, the villa burned down; reportedly, homeless people were responsible for the fire, and they were also said to have been aggressive toward anyone who entered the building.🤷🏻
