December 14, 2025 An unfinished water park. No one realized that the municipality did not have sufficient water resources to operate it. Construction was halted in 2002 and the state ordered the return of subsidies. The municipality fell into debt and its assets were frozen. Since then, there have been legal disputes between the municipality and the construction company.

January 24, 2026 Extensive recreational complex. Operational until 2019, the owner became insolvent.

February 8, 2026 Former clinic where there was a pediatric ward, dental office, general practitioner's office, gynecology, orthopedics, and rehabilitation.

February 8, 2026 Former sports center and hotel. Abandoned for approximately 4 years.
