The farmhouse was built in the second half of the 15th century by an unnamed family who owned it until 1914, when it was bought by another owner who replaced the mill wheel with a turbine and produced hail. It has been dilapidated since 1930 when the owner abandoned it. In the 21st century (I don't know the year) it was bought and a new farmhouse still stands on the site.
