One derelict unusual corner house built by H.G.S. in the late 1920s, three separate descriptive numbers with entrances from the yard, only a former grocery store facing the street. In the flats, only wallpaper peeling off the ceilings, tiled stoves and bathroom fittings, in the cellars a historic laundry room with a solid fuel "spa boiler and washing machine"...
