Locomotive workshop

These workshops are unusually located about 2 kilometres from their home depot and were created due to lack of space when the depot had nowhere to expand. And although they were still fully operational in 1996, in 1999 the railway reform saw the home depot downgraded to an operating depot and the workshops disappeared...literally. In the rotunda, where the first track was, you can still find the remains of the shaft, the axle uncoupling equipment for the steam locomotives, the chimney behind the hall for the flue from the heating locomotive that used to be next door, only the turntable and the silver ribbon beams coming out of it have been stripped of their greenery. Compare the two views from the same spot in the conclusion.
